Shipping Policy

At DOTTHZ, we offer worldwide shipping with trusted express carriers.
All international orders (except the US) are shipped with DHL Express, while US orders are shipped with FedEx or UPS from our US-based warehouse.

We operate from two main warehouses, one located in the Netherlands and one in the United States.

US Orders

For customers in the United States, orders are shipped directly from our US warehouse using FedEx or UPS. Domestic orders do not incur import duties or taxes, and delivery times are typically faster than international shipments.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

DOTTHZ ships internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that for all orders shipped outside the United States and the European Union, the recipient is responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes required by the destination country. These charges are not collected by DOTTHZ and will be billed directly by the carrier upon delivery.

Order Processing

  • In-stock items are packed and shipped within 1–3 days of purchase.

  • Pre-order items require payment at the time of preorder to secure your item. Each preorder listing includes an estimated shipping date. You’ll receive a notification and tracking information once your preorder is ready to ship.

Preorders and Combined Orders

  • Preorders can be canceled and fully refunded at any time before shipment. Once dispatched, standard return and exchange policies apply.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once the preorder item is available.

Delays

If a significant delay occurs beyond the estimated shipping date, we will notify you and offer the option to continue waiting or receive a full refund.
Estimated delivery times are a guide and begin from the date of dispatch. DOTTHZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier processing.

Lost, Damaged, or Neglected Packages / Wrong Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may incur Return to Sender (RTS) and reshipment fees.
DOTTHZ is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, or left uncollected at DHL, UPS, or FedEx access points. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments and stay informed of delivery status.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be redirected or canceled once dispatched.

  • DOTTHZ is not responsible for theft or damage after delivery.

  • DHL, UPS, and FedEx offer delivery flexibility; entering your mobile number at checkout ensures SMS notifications and delivery updates.
